Heather Shrout is a highly skilled certified paralegal with over 25 years of legal experience. Shrout obtained her certification in 1990 and began her career with the Missouri State Public Defender’s Office in Jackson County, Missouri. She has worked for various law firms in the Kansas City area and eventually moved to the Lake of the Ozarks in 2008. Coming from a firm in Versailles in 2016, she joined VanTine’s law practice.
